🏗️ Game Setup

  1. Find Your Spot: Set up your boards on a flat surface — lawn, driveway, tailgate lot, or beach.

  2. Distance: Place boards 27 feet apart (measured from the front edge). For younger players or beginners, move them closer.

  3. Teams: Play with 2 or 4 players.

    • In a 4-player game, teammates line up directly across from each other.

    • In a 2-player game, if you throw from the left side of one board, walk straight across and throw from the right side on the next turn.

  4. Choose Your Bags: Each team gets 4 bags of the same color — time to toss!

🌀 Game Play

  1. Decide Who Throws First: Flip a coin or play a quick “closest toss” to start.

  2. Alternate Throws: You throw one bag, then your opponent, back and forth until all 8 bags are tossed.

  3. Stay Behind the Line: Your feet cannot cross the front edge of the board.

  4. Ground Rules:

    • If a bag touches the ground before landing on the board, remove it — it doesn’t count.

    • If a bag hangs off and touches the ground, remove it before continuing.

  5. Scoring: Once all bags are thrown, calculate the score (see below). The team with the higher round score throws first in the next round.

🧮 Scoring

After all 8 bags are thrown for the round:

  • 1 Point → Bag fully on the Launch or Target Zones

  • 2 Points → Bag touching the Slide or Drop Zones

  • 3 Points → Bag that goes through the hole

🧾 Scoring Example:
If Team A scores 6 points and Team B scores 2 points, Team A adds 4 points to their total and throws first next round.
If both teams score the same number of points, no points are added and the first-throw advantage stays with the previous leader.

🏆 Winning the Game

The first team to reach 21 pointswith a 2-point lead — wins!
Keep throwing until one team claims victory.
