At Warphole®, every product is crafted with precision, care, and the commitment to deliver years of outdoor fun. We stand behind the quality of our boards, bags, and accessories — and we’ll make it right if something isn’t perfect.


⚙️ Warranty Coverage

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects and incorrect items for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within the warranty period. We’ll request photo verification of the issue before beginning the return or replacement process.

To qualify for a warranty claim:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer — contact our team first for next steps.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or warranty claims, including:

  • Custom Boards (made to order)

  • Gift Cards


💰 Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return or warranty claim is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or denial of your request.

  • Approved Claims: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at the.team@warpholebags.com and ship the item to:

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).

  3. Check with your bank for processing delays.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at the.team@warpholebags.com.


💵 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


🎁 Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such — or was shipped to the purchaser — the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Warphole® cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
